Name Changes

Once you have received the official clearance from the Human Resources department, you will need to connect with the Technology Department to complete the process. Please create a Helpdesk ticket when you are ready to proceed. In the subject line, give us your new surname.

Things you should know:

  • You will need to bring your laptop to the Technology Office located at SPFHS, room 109. To schedule an appointment slot, please open a Helpdesk ticket.
  • While it’s not required, it is recommended that you backup your data just to be safe. We will possibly need to re-image your computer which will wipe out all of your files. You can do this by dragging all of your important files to Google Drive.
  • You should allow for a minimum of 30 minutes for the process to be completed.
