To retrieve footage from Wisenet, you will first need to select the video that you want. Using the time bar at the bottom, click and drag along the bar to select the footage that you would like. Getting Started

First, find and launch the Wisenet Wave application, either through Spotlight or your Applications folder. If you do not have it installed, you can find it in Self Service. The icon looks like this:</description>
