Night Shift

Night Shift is a feature on Mac that can cut down on the amount of bluelight your screen gives off. To get to Night Shift go to the Apple menu in the top left of your screen()>System Preferences>Displays and then select the Night Shift tab.

From here you can set a schedule or manually adjust the colors using the slider. You will need to check the box next to “Manual” if you want to set Nigh Shift manually. “More warm” will reduce the bluelight and give you a more yellow tint to your screen. “Less warm” will make the screen much more blue.
