Set Default Desktop View in Chrome
First, open Chrome on your iPad. Then tap on the three dots in the top right corner of your screen.
On the menu, swipe all the way over until you see Settings, then tap it.
After, scroll down and tap on Content settings.
Select Default site view.
Tap on Desktop, then tap the blue check mark to save the change.

After doing this, all sites will open in Desktop Site View and not the mobile version.
