==== Holds ====

To place a call on hold, simply press the **Hold** button. To resume the call press the **Hold** button again.

==== Transfers ====

  - Press the **Transfer** button
  - Dial the number to which you would like to transfer the call
    - Warm transfer: Wait for the recipient to pick up the call before proceeding to Step 3 
    - Cold transfer: Proceed to Step 3 as soon as the phone begins to ring
  - Press the **Transfer** button again
