====== Name Changes ======

Once you have received the official clearance from the Human Resources department, you will need to connect with the Technology Department to complete the process. Please create a [[https://help.spfk12.org|Helpdesk]] ticket when you are ready to proceed. In the subject line, give us your new surname.

Things you should know:



    * You will need to bring your laptop to the Technology Office located at SPFHS, room 109.  To schedule an appointment slot, please open a [[https://help.spfk12.org|Helpdesk]] ticket.

    * While it’s not required, it is recommended that you backup your data just to be safe. We will possibly need to re-image your computer which will wipe out all of your files.  You can do this by dragging all of your important files to Google Drive.

    * You should allow for a minimum of 30 minutes for the process to be completed.
